Data to inform community and regional decisions

Published
The Social Investment Agency has released the Regional Data Explorer to enable access to cross-social sector data for regional and sub-regional decision making.

The Regional Data Explorer(external link) supports a social investment approach by helping to understand what populations groups we need to invest in, what works for those groups, and how we measure progress.

The tool brings together publicly available information into dashboards which can be sorted to meet a particular need, for example looking at services to part of the population. They can also compare data at a sub-regional level and enable decision-makers to identify where to take action.
